In our gardening groups, led by a skilled occupational therapist with an expertise in horticultural therapy, we prioritize creating an inclusive environment for social interaction. Through hands-on activities like gardening, mindfulness, nature journaling and outdoor skill-building, you’ll gain coping tools, build confidence, and connect with others who understand. ​ No previous gardening experience is required—just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
